Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be able to identify and evaluate vendors/suppliers for their performance. To Build a strong vendor network and draft RFPs/RFQs/RFI as per the requirements briefing. Negotiate and finalize long/medium term contract w.r.t. prices, delivery & quantity
∎ Drive a procurement plan and budget as per the project requirement & Coordinate with finance, business, and stakeholders to maintain detailed MIS of budget spend
∎ Should have knowledge in implementing cost control measures withing the assigned budget and timelines demonstrating cross-functional coordination within the teams
∎ Work extensively on reports that needs to be submitted and timely escalation of unresolved issues/bottlenecks
∎ Proficiency in managing & tracking LCs/ TT documentation with a strong focus on freight forwarding, EPCG licensing & Custom clearance

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor/ Diploma or equivalent degree
∎ Experience of 10-12 years of experience in sourcing & procurement with a Real Estate/ Construction organization
∎ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
∎ A strong communicator with experience in global stakeholder management.
∎ Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems and evaluate correlations and synthesize data driven insights.
∎ Good ability to read & review drawings, and communicate with designers
∎ Knowledge of occupational health & safety regulations in India
∎ Proficient with MS Word and Excel

Salary: Tk. 120000 - 150000 (Monthly)

∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
