Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have a Bachelor degree or Masters degree also preferred with experience to deal with large scale logistics transaction from any large group of companies, conglomerates, MNC, government/semi-govt/autonomous bodies, UN organizations, fuel/energy related companies, international development organizations is highly required.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Response Warehouse as per WV Standard
∎ Receive and Dispatch Commodities (Food and NFIs)
∎ Distribution of Commodities (Food and NFIs)
∎ Maintain and update Warehouse Records and ensure Warehouse Accounting System is instituted
∎ Update the expendable store inventory list and produce monthly reports.
∎ Issuance of gate passes.
∎ Procure project materials as per standard (policy)
∎ Assist To administration and Supply chain for procure and distribute all inputs( like seeds, agricultural tools ) and other materials
∎ Maintain quality control in receipt of assets, release to user as per allocation directives, tag assets for tracking
∎ Technical management of the CTS, NTS, ERP System
∎ Peer Engagement and Customer – will regularly engage with internal program managers and suppliers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Effective Communication skills
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ Proven experience as a team player
∎ Demonstrated collaboration & team building skills
∎ Understand advocacy theory, process and practice.
∎ Strong political awareness and judgement
∎ Proven ability to write and produce publications
∎ Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Salary: Tk. 95000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
