∎ At least graduate / Post graduatefrom a recognized institution.
∎ Special training on procurement/ supply chain will be treated as advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive purchase/procurement orders and requests through formal procurement requisitions and identify the requirements of goods/services, justify specifications.
∎ Categorize goods and items, visit market when necessary, select proper Bona-Fide Vendors inspect companies- dealers and searching markets for new sources.
∎ Collecting quotations, prepare comparative analysis; Inspection and acceptance of goods, verification of invoices and submission of payment requests.
∎ Obtaining goods in right time at a cost effective price and work closely with the store officers in receiving goods through MRR.
∎ Ensure effective procurement both foreign & local.
∎ Liaison with outsourcing companies in connection with Procurement.
∎ Ensure full compliance of procurement activities with procedures.
∎ Follow up of actions for timely purchase and in time delivery.
∎ Provide cooperation to the end users to meet their actual requirements.
∎ Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
∎ Coordinate with other departments for justified spare parts, requisitions and supplies.
∎ Able to prepare supply chain plan for Raw Materials, Finished Goods etc. and execution monitoring of the plan.
∎ Fully responsible to the procurement department & reports to the GM.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Purchase/Procurement, Supply Chain, Distribution, Export/ Import through L/C. Person who work in commercial area also consider.
∎ Has to be very active and willing to work long hours.
∎ Has to have prior knowledge regarding the price and availability of raw materials
∎ Has to be committed towards the company and also the task provided
∎ Has to be efficient and hard working.
Salary: Negotiable
