Job Context:
∎ GTS is a web-based, multi-functional, proprietary technology platform which offers our clients immediate access to service. GTS is a premier technology services platform in the industry in terms of its ease of navigation and configurability. In addition, GTS has proven its ability to react swiftly to enhancement requests based on client and/or industry needs.
∎ Scope: Fulfillment of services provide to clients, quality assurance of services generated by field work force, timeliness of service delivery, revenue generation from client acceptance of proposals, cross team coordination, etc. Perform duties in different departments such as: Operations, Accounts, Service Quality, Information Technology, etc.
∎ Timing: Night Shift (7PM-4AM)
∎ Location: Sector-05, Uttara, Dhaka 1230.
∎ Working: 6 Days a week.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination with clients.
∎ Maintain the communication to national client and asked more order from them.
∎ Receive the order and import the order.
∎ Vendor Management.
∎ Maintain the Communication with to field contractors.
∎ Knowledge of PPW, PRUVAN, VENDOR 360 etc.
∎ Knowledge of Processing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ High proficiency in English (Writing, Reading, Speaking, Listening)
∎ Good Analytical Skills.
∎ Decision Making Capability.
∎ Ability to work with professionalism, Discipline and Creativity.
∎ Advanced Computer Skills.
∎ High English typing speed and accuracy.
∎ Ability to work under deadline and pressure.
∎ Ability to coordinate and communicate with different stakeholders.
∎ Positive attitude.
∎ Working Experiences in KAZI IT or Similar organization will be given preference.
∎ Work experience will be consider for applicants who scored 7 or above in IELTS Exam.
∎ Gender: The program is designed for Both Male and female who will eventually become imminent leaders of IT/ITeS sector in Bangladesh.
