Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in Industrial Production Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing standard production methods in production process.
∎ Implementing statistical analysis tools.
∎ Work with SCADA.
∎ Pattern methoding and simulation.
∎ Finding abnormalities in production process.
∎ Metal pattern manufacturing, dimension crosschecking, modifying and repairing work.
∎ Performing production equipment modification and improvisation.
∎ Research and develop automated green sand foundry line, solidification and microstructures of cast iron and steel.
∎ Analyze different composition of Walton metal scraps and help to recycle them.
∎ Preparing report based on assigned work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skilled in networking and relationship building
∎ Familiar with the basic rules of Automatic Green Sand Molding Foundry
∎ Capable to use AutoCAD, Solid works and other design software
∎ Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
∎ Relevant working experience including project related works
Salary: Negotiable
