∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Prior experience as PS to MD of any bank will get preference.
∎ Strong inter personal communication skill.
∎ Multi-language skill.Strong command on English.
∎ Strong report writing skill
∎ Must be conversant in MS-Office, Emailing and Internet Browsing etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assigned person will be responsible for fully work under the supervision of the Managing Director of ARM group as per his instruction.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ To receive all instructions, advices & guidance by the Hon'ble Managing Director and carry out the same within stipulated time.
∎ To attend mails, memos and reply against the same as per advice & guidance.
∎ Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate.
∎ To organize receptions, appointments, meetings, seminars, symposiums, interviews, get-together etc.
∎ Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the Hon'ble Assistant from time to time.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Light Refreshment.
∎ Salary Review: Yearly.
∎ Festival Bonus: After one year of service.
