Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning and implementing the curriculum, syllabus, teaching methods and evaluation system of the college.
∎ Supervising and monitoring the academic activities, research projects, examinations and results of the faculty members and students
∎ Coordinating and liaising with the university, the ministry of health, the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council, and other relevant authorities and organisations·
∎ Managing and maintaining the college infrastructure, facilities, equipment, budget, records and reports·
∎ Motivating and mentoring the faculty members and students to achieve academic excellence and professional development.
