Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in in Nursing.
∎ As per instruction of BNMC.
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Counseling, Documentation, Management, Monitoring and Reporting.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Academic: Be responsible for admission of students in approved courses, students leave and migration.
∎ Prepare annual academic calendar for the college.
∎ Ensure efficient management effective and dependable education and training of the students.
∎ Look after discipline and welfare students.
∎ Ensure the expected standard of education through implementation of syllabus and course curriculum provided by the BNMC.
∎ Assist and ensure necessary education and training of faculties and other employees.
∎ Administrative: Look after the duties, discipline and welfare of all members of the institute.
∎ Will initiate Annual Confidential Report (ACR)/Annual Performance Report (APR) of all Lecturer and Dept. Heads of the institute.
∎ Control and oversee the institute in accordance with the rules of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Director General of Nursing and Midwifery (DGNM) and Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).
∎ Have knowledge to prepare annual budget for Nursing Institute and present it to the Principal and Management/Authority.
∎ Maintain liaison with amongst the Principal, Governing Body/committee .
∎ Look after the Nursing Hostel and Canteen.

∎ Age at least 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
