Proven experience in nursing education, academic leadership, and institutional administration.
Previous experience in a senior academic or administrative position in a nursing college will be preferred.
Experience in curriculum implementation, faculty development, and academic quality assurance.
Responsibilities & Context
Lead and supervise the overall academic and administrative activities of the Nursing College.
Ensure compliance with BNMC regulations and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Supervise faculty members, clinical instructors, and other academic staff.
Monitor curriculum implementation, teaching quality, examinations, and students' academic performance.
Coordinate clinical placements and maintain effective relationships with affiliated hospitals.
Develop and implement academic policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure a disciplined, professional, and student-friendly learning environment.
Coordinate with college management and relevant regulatory authorities.
