Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from reputed education institute. Candidates
∎ having masters degree will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently handling Electrical design of Commercial/ Residential high rises, Condominiums, Townships, IT parks, Biotech parks, Hotel, Hospital & Infrastructure Projects etc.
∎ Design of electrical systems, lighting, low voltage systems, substations upto 110KV;
∎ Preparing design concept reports of respective systems, specifications and BOQ's;
∎ Design includes selection of relays, MV/ LV switchgear, PCC/ MCCs. Design of DG protection panels, cables, and review of drawings.
∎ Lead a team of Designers, coordinating (with other disciplines like architecture, civil, etc.), reviewing and monitoring the activities to complete project design with targeted schedule.
∎ Lead a team of Engineers and CAD/ BIM designers in a design office.
∎ Set goals, targets and deadlines and achieve them.
∎ Independently discuss with Client's on all aspects.
∎ Knowledge on relevant international and national standards, codes, and acceptable industry practice.
∎ Review all Electrical/ Mechanical/ Plumbing/ Fire Protection designs and provide suggestions.
∎ Ensure the MEP designs are complaint to Codes and relevant authorities’ requirements.
∎ Make the decisions and provide a quick solution to issues at site to carry out the construction in conformity with drawings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 12 years of professional experience in the relevant sector.
∎ At least 10 years in design of hospital, hotel, commercial, industrial, and real estate projects.
