Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise overall General Administration College of Nursing, teaching programmes. students welfare, health, security services, living conditions of students in hostel and library services etc.;
∎ Supervision and guidance of teaching staff including organization of in-service
∎ education of staff;
∎ Responsibility for organizing workload of staff including teaching assignments;
∎ Administrative arrangements for students' clinical experience and teaching in
∎ hospital and public health field;
∎ Recruitment of staff of Nursing College and enrollment of students;
∎ Responsibility for conduct of examinations; Maintenance of permanent records of students; Performing public relations duties for the College;
∎ Participation in the College's committee work;
∎ Planning for development of the college;
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s) to any nursing college/ institute as faculty member/vice-principal/ Principal Candidate should be proficient in using Microsoft Office Should have good command on English & Bangla with good speaking and writing skill Should be enthusiastic, pro-active, dedicated, punctual and smart working Should have good interpersonal & presentation skills
