∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Architecture firm, building design, Exterior Design, Interior Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Architecture Firm, Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Building Design, Exterior and Interior Design concept, Plan, elevation, detail working drawing, 3D Visualization.
∎ Ability to prepare Estimating and Costing, BOQ & Specification as per Design and Drawing.
∎ Ability to work on own initiative and work well within own team.
∎ Ability to take responsibility for own work and deliver to tight deadlines.
∎ Any other task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ • The Candidate Should have IAB Membership.
∎ • The Candidate should have:
∎ • Software Skilled: (Auto CAD, 3D Max Studio, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe suit etc.)
∎ • Strong Communication Skills (Team work, Supportive attitude, eager to learn, Proactivity) and Creativity.
