Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make 100 outbound calls daily to prospective students interested in studying abroad.
∎ Collect and organize necessary documents from students and share them with the Senior Counsellor for assessment.
∎ Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and follow up as needed.
∎ Assist in student counseling and engagement as per management guidelines.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
