∎ Make 15+ connected calls per hour to students who have shown interest in studying abroad.
∎ Identify students’ needs and provide them with relevant information about study abroad programs.
∎ Help students understand program offerings, scholarship opportunities, and application timelines.
∎ Track and report daily call activity, lead conversion rates, and provide insights on student engagement trends.
