Responsibilities & Context:
∎ In order to sustain business expansion and meet revenue expectations·
∎ To assist in diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to imported machine both remotely and on-site.·
∎ To conduct routine for maintenance customer relation to ensure long term and reliability.·
∎ To support senior engineers in the installation and sourcing of new machine as per customer want.·
∎ To maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance reports, service logs, and spare parts consumption.·
∎ To adhere with safety guidelines and protocols while working on-site to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.·
∎ To participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and stay updated with the latest advancements in machine technology.·
∎ To uphold the company's quality standards and ensure that all service activities meet or exceed customer expectations.·
∎ Follow up the sub assistant Engineer. for marketing.
