∎ Lead procurement strategies to ensure timely sourcing of materials for footwear production.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers to get the best price and quality.
∎ Maintain good relationships with vendors and check their performance.
∎ Keep track of inventory to avoid shortages or excess stock.
∎ Work with other teams to plan and manage procurement risks.
