Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ PGD in HRM from public or reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the safety of occupational health & safety including fire safety.
∎ To prepare a corrective action plan (CAP) as per finding/observation recommendation.
∎ Attempt to achieve continuous improvement and follow to the best practices.
∎ Maintaining and following up licenses and certificates along with necessary legal documents.
∎ Offer & facing all first & third parties Social compliance / sustainability audits.
∎ To prepare & update all compliance-related documents / register as per requirements.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new legislations and promptly inform management to ensure relevant policies and procedures and employees are updated accordingly.
∎ Perform any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to maintain reputed buyer standard factory & relevant buyer COC.
∎ Must be conversant with labor Laws, buyer compliance & code of conduct.
∎ Strong communication abilities in Bengali and English both oral and written.
∎ Computer literacy is a must especially in office package.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
