∎ The University of Asia Pacific,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,American International University Bangladesh,Stamford University Bangladesh,World University of Bangladesh students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Plumbing,Sanitary
∎ Training/Trade Course: Plumbing,Autocad
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Plumbing BOQ, Plumbing Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the project development during pre-design and design phases of the project, including meeting with clients and consultants, and managing all aspects of consultant contracts.
∎ Design & drafting of construction documents using AutoCAD.
∎ Sizing & selection of plumbing equipment, load calculations & Sizing & layout of systems analysis.
∎ Calculation of water, gas, sanitary/sewer and storm loads for utility coordination.
∎ Function as the design engineer on assigned projects.
∎ Provide coordination of project designs with other disciplines.
∎ Problem-solving and analytical skills
∎ Proficiency with Autocad & Microsoft Excel.
∎ Must Be Committed & Responsible.
∎ Knowledge with BNBC 2020, LEED guidelines & International Plumbing Code (IPC).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary is paid through Bank.
