Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and coordinate plumbing system development within construction projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
∎ Manage and supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair.
∎ Ensure proper integration of plumbing infrastructure with ground facilities, restoring site conditions post-construction.
∎ Supervise steel and aluminum works for plumbing applications, including support structures and pipe fittings.
∎ Supervise plumbing system ensuring quality assurance and material compliance.
∎ Manage all aspects of civil and structural plumbing works, ensuring compatibility with architectural and engineering plans.
∎ Oversee trenching and excavation activities for pipeline installation, ensuring safety and regulatory adherence.
∎ Supervise concrete works related to plumbing infrastructure, including pipe encasement and foundation supports.
∎ Ensure proper reinforcement of steel bars in plumbing installations, maintaining structural integrity and long-term durability.
∎ Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for plumbing-related issues.
∎ Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, standards, and safety procedures.
∎ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for installation and repairs.
∎ Coordinate with other engineers, contractors, and site supervisors for smooth project execution.
∎ Maintain records of maintenance activities and prepare reports as required.
∎ Ensure the availability of necessary tools, spare parts, and equipment for the job.
