∎ Again in-case of suitable and extreme experienced candidate, Educational Qualification can be relaxed as per company policy. Knowledgeable and Experienced person about plastic management will be given extra attention.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Specification:
∎ To manage the overall activities of the molding department including production, processing, machine maintenance and tool maintenance and repair.
∎ Coordination of planning and scheduling of mold Repairing/Manufacturing.
∎ To assure the efficient use of materials, machines, molds, auxiliary equipment and employees.
∎ To develop and implement of both the long and short term goals of injection plant.
∎ Making perform mold set up and color variation to meet production demands as needed.
∎ To troubleshoot mold processes, machines, and auxiliary equipment problems and make necessary changes to ensure quality and reduce downtime.
∎ To set molding process parameters to ensure product meets dimensional and quality requirements.
∎ To provide technical assistance to molding technicians and operators.
∎ To maintain employee performance review, training, development and disciplinary programs.
∎ To provide leadership in the maintenance of all operational systems and process controls associated with mold processing, mold maintenance, equipment maintenance and repair.
∎ To assure compliance to all molding area related procedures, policies and work instructions.
∎ To participate in and support the quality management system.
∎ To train and develop molding personnel relative to the molding process (process technicians and molding operators.,
∎ To promote employee understanding and adherence to safety regulations and the quality management system.
∎ Making document, report and maintain all critical production information. And support new tool design and development.
∎ To coordinate outside repair and sourcing for tooling and machines.
∎ Job Description:
∎ All machine performance and condition follow-up to maintain smooth production.
∎ Injection machine Schedule maintenance for smooth production.
∎ Proper oiling operation maintain for keep temperature production friendly.
∎ Schedule wise dice/molt changing process implement according to factory in-charge plan.
∎ Ensuring highest level of production for preform and bottle as well as cap with 100% quality.
∎ Have to take responsibilities for bad or unfit or extra tied or extra loose cap production.
∎ Have to take responsibilities for immature Preform production.
∎ Have to take responsibilities for immature Bottle/Container production.
∎ Reporting of wastage material (injection & blowing portion) to factory in-charge.
∎ Major machine trouble shooting execution as per requirement.
∎ Supervision all machine cleaning process.
∎ Random sensitive machine portion trouble shooting (like:heatercut,in-creased temperature so on).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good written and oral communication skills.
∎ Ability to easily identify problems and solve them with help of previous practical skills. Experienced needed At least 5-8 years for the betterment but in-case of talented candidate it may relaxed in some portion.
∎ Moderated command over Microsoft office application.
∎ Proper knowledge about resin quality.
∎ Accurate knowledge about plastic property and classification.
∎ Good written and oral communication skills.
∎ Detail knowledge about injection machines and its parts.
∎ Idea about Chiller, Colling tower, VRF system etc.
∎ Logical reasoning.
∎ Numeracy skills.
∎ Ability of specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers.
∎ The ability to plan ahead and deal with unexpected changes.
