Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Plant Manager to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes.
∎ FUNCTIONAL AREA - Production, Manufacturing, Maintenance
∎ JOB LOCATION : Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations
∎ To increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
∎ To be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time delivery
∎ To implement all rules and policies to all factory workers and ensure them that they follow every regulation
∎ To allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
∎ To implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
∎ To monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
∎ To share a trusting relationship with subordinates, manage and develop factory staff
∎ To collect and analyze data to optimize of waste or overtime
∎ To ensure all employees comply with regulatory and company requirements for personal and facility safety
∎ To develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
∎ Ensure effective administration of overall performance management, including performance reviews, for all employees within span of control.
∎ To address employees' issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements
∎ To influence and learn from below
∎ To stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven work experience in similar electrical or electronics factory
∎ Proven managerial experience
∎ Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
∎ Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
∎ Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
∎ Proficient skills in company data management systems and Microsoft Office.
∎ Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
∎ Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
∎ Personal leadership and strong conflict resolution skills.
