Job Context:
∎ To take on the responsibility of overseeing plant activities in order to meet business objectives. The Plant Manager will be accountable for all aspects of plant performance and will ensure that objectives are attained in a cost-effective manner that`s consistent with quality requirements.
∎ Department: Operation & Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Run the process plant as per schedule plan and full capacity.
∎ Optimizing efficiency and capacity of the equipment's & machineries and utilities.
∎ Propose studies & tests to the technical department in order to improve process performance.
∎ Investigate and troubleshoot plant/process problems/breakdown/abnormalities.
∎ Provide continuous input towards improvement and optimization of the operating system.
∎ Analysis, control and optimization of the full process plant to improve operational excellence.
∎ Supervise & administer staff and equipment's/machineries throughout production process.
∎ Work as Project coordinator for implementation & execution of new projects.
∎ Work with Commissioning team to safe start-up & Operation of process plant.
∎ Train and develop subordinate with consideration for complexity of production process.
∎ Implement and coordinate HACCP and OSHE standards & objectives.
∎ Analyse & develop annual Production budgets and implement them for cost control.
∎ Conduct annual Appraisal, set KRA/KPI and continuous follow up team to achieve KRA.
∎ Generate plant progress report i.e. daily, weekly & monthly reports; calculating yield, chemicals & utilities consumption
∎ Report to Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ 12+ Experience in Chemical Plant
∎ Minimum 3 years hands on experience as Plant Manager or Deputy Plant Manager in chemical plant
∎ Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel
∎ Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants

Salary: Negotiable
