Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
∎ At least BSc in Mechanical 10-12 year(s) and Diploma in Mechanical 15-18 year(s) experience.
∎ The applicants should have experience in related field and position.
∎ Knowledge in project management including construction materials, drafting, billing and labor handling etc.
∎ Ability to review and understand construction drawings and specifications.
∎ Good sense of architecture through understanding of civil and electro mechanical issues

Job Context:

Later on, it was re-named as "National Development Engineers Ltd." from 13th March 1982 as a private Limited Company with a view to make significant contribution in the construction sector of the country.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Over all Management & Supervision of Fabrication & Erection of steel structures plant
∎ Production Planning, Scheduling & Organizing to order to meet the Project Completion deadlines.
∎ Raw Materials procurement & quality assurance for production to segregate staking for erection.
∎ Co-ordination & Controlling activities to complete work as per schedule.
∎ Monitor and witness of all production activities at Plant.
∎ Co-ordinate with contractor activities to ensure orderly and efficiently completion of work and inspection of work package and recommendation of sign off to all construction department.
∎ Maintain and control site technical work instruction and records.
∎ Reviewing technical plans drawn by architects and engineers
∎ Planning project assembly
∎ Installing and fixing together steel girders, pipework and beam sections to make a steel framework
∎ Resolve any technical problems or issues faced at the Plant site.
∎ Study and evaluate the work sequences and methods.
∎ Provide logistical support and ensure efficient delivery of all shipments from various sites including checking of all detailed erection drawings, shipping documents & invoice, handling, transportation, delivery to construction site & unloading materials as per bill of materials & packing list.
∎ To work closely with design, planning and coordination, factory and assigned sub-contractors.
∎ Responsible for effective management of production related workers.
∎ Other tasks as required by the management.
