Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely delivery products as per marketing demand by facilitating functions includes
∎ Production, Procurement, Planning, Inventory Control, Engg, Quality testing and release.
∎ Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of plant facility as per HSE norms.
∎ Work for cGMP, regulatory compliance and monitor CAPA effectiveness.
∎ To Monitor and enhance, Productivity and Capacity utilization by implementing effective solutions on identified gaps and bottlenecks.
∎ Ensure proper Warehousing, Storage, Distribution Production and product development and maintenance functions.
∎ Perform Purchase/Procurement functions for new/existing Facility/Equipment and Material.
∎ Propose plant Budget for Capex, Opex and new Projects and its effective implementation.
∎ Execute Manpower budgeting, Recruitment, Training, Performance Review and Maintain work discipline at factory.
∎ To assess, monitor and authorize plant related expenses eg. Administrative, Repair, Maintenance, Overtime and Conveyance.
∎ To review and authorize Master documents like SOP, protocols, Batch records, Change Controls, Deviations and other related documents.
∎ Work for continuous Improvement/Updation for Facility, Process, and Product and suggest plant related input for the Strategic Business Plan set by management.
∎ To Liaison & correspondence among Production, PPIC, Purchase, QA/QC, Regulatory, Sales, Marketing, Finance & Accounts, Distribution, Admin & HR.
∎ To execute required stakeholder's activities in dealing with factory locality and External
∎ Vendors, Suppliers, Service Providers and Toll.
∎ To perform any other duties assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
