Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, or similar majors
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production Management: Ensure the mixing station operates according to the scheduled production plan and work standards, producing high-quality concrete.
∎ Staff Management: Train, guide, and supervise employees to ensure they work according to established workflows and safety regulations.
∎ Equipment Maintenance: Responsible for managing and maintaining all relevant equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
∎ Quality Control: Monitor concrete quality according to national and regional standards to ensure it meets the required criteria.
∎ Safety Management: Implement and maintain safety procedures to ensure all operations at the mixing station are safe.
∎ Records and Documentation: Maintain relevant records related to production, equipment, employees, and safety.
∎ Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of raw materials to ensure the continuous operation of the mixing station.
∎ Environment and Sustainability: Ensure that the mixing station complies with local environmental regulations and take measures to reduce its impact on the environment.
∎ Budget Management: Develop budgets based on the company's financial guidance to ensure the mixing station's operations stay within budget.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Seek ways to optimize the mixing station's operations, improving efficiency and quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 50 years
∎ At least 5 years of experience as a concrete mixing plant manager, leading the production of P6 impervious concrete, C50 concrete.
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
