Job Context:
∎ We are looking for result driven candidates for the position of Plant Manager (Lubricants Factory) who have knowledge, skills and experience in this sector and should be self motivated to take challenge to deliver high quality results.
∎ Workplace: Factory: Ghangra Bazar, South Betiara, Jagannathdighi, Bijoykora-3583, Chauddagram, Cumilla.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct testing of Lube Oil, Grease, Transformer Oil, Hydrolic Oil, Gear Oil etc., Used Oil and Raw Material samples.
∎ Analyze test data and prepare final report for approval.
∎ Perform documentation and lab record management.
∎ Waste chemicals & lube oil management.
∎ Responsible for monthly inventory of laboratory stationary, retain samples and batch samples etc.
∎ Tracking of used oil, customer complaints and their demand.
∎ Sampling of Lube Oil & Monitoring sample log book.
∎ Ensuring proper maintenance and operation of stores in lubricants factory and responsible for planning developing and implementing all over material control activities.
∎ Receiving store materials as per requirement.
∎ Distributing store materials as per requisition.
∎ Maintaining proper records, receive stores, tags and track surplus property.
∎ Checking physical inventory from time to time to cross-match with the monthly inventory report.
∎ Any others job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 03 to 05 years including atleast 2 years in managerial position in any renowned company.
