Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist CEO on the issues of production, operation, maintenance, revenue, and suggest improvements that may help attain company goals and objectives.
∎ Assist top management in formulating target setting in plant capacity, availability, and efficiency, and perform planning, organizing and controlling activities to meet such targets.
∎ Operate the plant in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
∎ Coordinate 24X7 with all the Dept. for smooth operation of plant & trouble shooting as & when required.
∎ Check on daily basis operation report for any issue to optimize Power generation.
∎ Maintain Schedule and unscheduled maintenance of engines & its auxiliaries in accordance with Caterpillar guidelines to minimize Outage and optimum utilization of spare parts.
∎ Ensure Schedule maintenance is carried out as per planning during low load demand of NDLC to minimize Outage.
∎ Make failure report and claim Warranty for Parts replacement against Warranty.
∎ Provide Reports on daily basis to Management - Power Generation, Fuel, Inventory and Outage report - and take responsibility for any related query.
∎ Prepare Annual Operational Planning Report for Operation and Maintenance. Ensure proper Inventory management at site
∎ Ensure & control to maintain proper documentations for inwards and outwards
∎ Parts / Items movements from plant.
∎ Supervise sludge, empty Barrels, waste lube oil etc. delivery (selling) to the vendor along with committee members
∎ Assist CEO for preparation of operation and maintenance plan and annual budget.
∎ Achieve financial objectives by anticipating requirements, submitting information for budget preparation, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, and analyzing variances.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 45 years

∎ The candidate should have 3 years of experiance as Plant Manager .The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Diesel/HFO Based Power Plant
∎ Good personality, team work and leadership skill.
∎ Good Knowledge of national electrical and fire codes.
∎ Knowledge on unit control Analytical Thinking.
∎ Coordination and liaison Skill.
∎ Report writing & presentation Skill.
