Job Context:
∎ Wata chemicals ltd is one of the largest basic chemical manufacturer in Bangladesh. We manufacture sulfuric acid, zinc sulphate, magnesium sulphate, alum, LABSA, sles 70,basic chrome sulphate powder. We are a public listed company listed in dhaka stock exchange and chittagong stock exchange. This company is looking for a professional and energetic production manager to oversees production in this company to follow up and report production matters.

∎ Job Location: Murapara,rupgonj,narayangonj

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to handle all activities related to labsa and sles plant.
∎ He should well experienced regarding installation and commissioning work of LABSA and SLES production. Able to identify problems of production interruption and quality and to solve the matter immediately.
∎ Maintain proper target Ratio.
∎ To ensure all the products are produces in RIGHT QUALITY & DELIVERED on time.
∎ To ensure that proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained.
∎ To prepare & to submit necessary reports required by the management.
∎ Maintain and monitor all the required reports that are relevant to the team and for the top management.
∎ Responsible to control absenteeism and labor turnover of both worker & staff by motivating them to come to work (With the support of HR team).
