Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall operations by ensuring cost effective solution through proper support and recommendation
∎ Plan the work schedule and monitor the execution of works according to schedule to ensure smooth operation of the factory for obtaining desired target production
∎ Prepare budget for materials requirement and production summary on daily and monthly basis
∎ Prepare mix design for various grade of concrete and monitoring the trial mix according the recipe of mix design
∎ Ensure the quality of raw materials and finished product
∎ Maintain liaison with valuable customers to take production order
∎ Create new business relation with fresh customers
∎ Suggest top management in order to incorporate any modification on production process for production cost minimization
∎ Review the projects in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs on regular basis
∎ Any other job assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is must (MS Word, Excel, Power point)
∎ Experience in Ready-mix industry will be preferred
