∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to handle Plant operation as per Production Budget.
∎ Achieve target and client satisfaction with Production & Quality.
∎ Responsible to drive Health and Safety at Plant and site.
∎ Ensure timely production of quality concrete as per the specification of the customers & its delivery.
∎ Ensure the regular & preventive maintenance of the plant & equipment.
∎ Ensure statutory compliance & maintain excellent relationships with Local Stakeholders and Govt Officials.
∎ Ensure operations with application process and procedures.
∎ Cost Optimization through effective deployment of resources.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 31 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Good organizational and planning skills
∎ Must be flexible and balance shifting priorities to meet deadlines
∎ Possess general knowledge of construction and a solid understanding of the market, competition and business opportunities
∎ Excellent leadership skills - must be able to motivate others and provide complete, direct and actionable feedback
∎ A commitment to and willingness to devote great effort and time in order to reach goals
∎ Ability to make decisions a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete data and under tight deadlines and pressure
∎ Strong problem solving and analytical skills and the desire to seek solutions
∎ Proficient with Microsoft applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
