Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)/ Mechanical Engineering from reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Manage & Execute every day production andEngineering activity in the Plant.
∎ Take proactive innetiative to maintain supplychain and keep available raw materials and equipments for uninterupted production flow.
∎ Control all the relevant technicians and maintenance operators and their output in order to meet daily production and maintenance activity in the plant as per direction from factory management continuously.
∎ Ensure perfect Operation of all Machinery & Equipments concerned including power generator, CC camera network.
∎ Ensure optimum operation efficiency and safety and keep healthy working environment.
∎ Ensure safety operation of all machinery and periodically train everyone concerned
∎ Ensure regular and periodic preventive maintenance and equipment management.
∎ Ensure company benefit and profitability in all manners and protection company interest and property by any means.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1-3 years of experience in this relevant field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Maintenance of Production, Utility Machineries and Equipment's & Management in similar post in Leading manufacturing Companies. Preferable electrical accessories and electronics industries, electro mechanical production etc.
∎ Proven work experience inIndustry except garments.
∎ Proven managerial experience of minimum 2 years
∎ Familiarity with industrial standard Machineries & Equipment's and technical expertise
∎ Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and process improvement processes
∎ Computer literacy- Efficient in MS Office, Excel & Internet usage, Solid works drawing layout plant drawing, Circuit diagram.
∎ Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
∎ Strong team building, people management skills
∎ Able to work extended hour on occasions when required.

Salary:
∎ 10,000-15,000 (Depends on qualification and experience)Attractive remuneration package will be provided on the basis of candidature and to desiring candidate.
