Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and direct the organization's activities to achieve stated targets and standards for financial performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence.
∎ Maintain appropriate communication of contemporary operational development and provide suitable interpretation to the factory team the organization.
∎ Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies.
∎ Report to the Top Management on factory plans and performance.
∎ Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of the factory.
∎ Contribute to plan, develop and implement strategy for operational management and development so as to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and relevant issues (covering relevant areas of operation – manufacturing, distribution, administration, whatever falls within remit according to organization's structure).
∎ Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of operational management and development.
∎ Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
∎ Coordinate with functional/departmental Head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of operational development, and to ensure they are fully informed of operational objectives, purposes and achievements.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.
