Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in civil engineering / B.Sc. from any recognized public institution or engineering university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have vast Knowledge in preparing BOQ, Rate analysis for residential & commercial buildings.
∎ Capability of full understanding of architectural, structural, plumbing, & Electrical drawings only
∎ Able to prepare reinforcement bar chart details
∎ Maintain materials control, cost control, safety and security procedures.
∎ Must have good knowledge in construction materials.
∎ Include value-engineering ideas on every proportion
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Must be self-motivated & punctual.
∎ Must know Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and MS Project, Auto CAD.
∎ Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally.
Salary: Negotiable
