Civil Construction
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for prepare contractors bill, site layout schedule, estimate construction materials and site supervision.
∎ Responsible for prepare analytical and periodical reports on progress and development.
∎ Develop geometric design from the survey results using AutoCAD, Civil CAD and/or other appropriate programs.
∎ Supervise contractors on site, ensuring that the works meet the highest standards expected by the CWASA, Consultants.
∎ Review the work programs, resource, schedule and project implementation plans and ensures that the contractors/site supervisors comply with their work plans and complete the work within the specified time frame.
∎ Assess and evaluate the contractor's performance and resources.
∎ Prepare Request for Inspection (RFI), Interim Payment Certificate(IPC) preparation Experience.
∎ Quantity Surveying Skills & Experience.
∎ Undertaking technical site rapid assessments as required for the emergency;
∎ Report on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as required by the line manager on workforce, material consumption and project progress.

Salary:

∎ The salary would be based on candidate`s specific criteria, like prior experience, skills, education and training.
