Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
∎ Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure project milestones are met.
∎ Prepare detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and maintain progress tracking.
∎ Analyze project delays and propose mitigation strategies to keep the project on schedule.
∎ Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, and safety standards.
∎ Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports to management and stakeholders.
∎ Assist in budget planning, resource allocation, and cost control.
