Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from any reputed university specially from BUET,CUET,RUET,KUET etc.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing work schedule and master schedule.
∎ Tracking and analyzing project performance and cost performance. Should be able to suggest how to improve.
∎ Monitor the progress of the Project and discuss with the Project Manager to take corrective measures if necessary.
∎ Coordinating with the Site Planning Engineers in order to develop and monitor one month look ahead program in accordance with company internal procedures.
∎ Collecting necessary information from site and prepare the required Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
∎ Reviewing all the documents (Letters, Request for Information, Site Inspection Request, Variation Orders, Drawings etc.) and identify the ones related to the delay events that will be used for preparation of claims for extension of time.
∎ Coordinating with the Materials Department and providing all the necessary information such as when materials are required at the site.
∎ Procurement tracking and inter Departmental coordination, indicating risks or threats too and report fortnightly to the management with the strategically impact.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant(s) should have at least 5 years of working experience in similar position.
∎ Working with reputed construction & engineering firms will be preferred.
∎ Experience in large construction sites such as building complex or industrial projects (structural construction work, finishing work etc) is preferable.
∎ Must be able to read and analysis drawing, modification.
∎ The candidate must be smart, dedicated and well organized, proactive with sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill, communication ability, energetic and confident.
∎ Good command in computer operating, especially in Primavera, MS Project, MS Excel, Auto CAD etc.
