Job Context:
∎ Implementation of Project Monitoring & Control practices through review and analysis of Project Financial parameters, Project Risks, Reconciliation of materials and other relevant Project performance data. Coordination between Head-office and Projects and follow up with projects for compliance of timely project data reporting for Monthly Project Report and presentation of the same to higher management on monthly basis.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Scheduling – Lead the team to prepare the project scheduling as per instruction of Line Manager.
∎ Resources Planning – Guide the team to prepare resources planning (Materials, Equipment, Staff deployment, Sub-Contractor, Labor) as per instruction of Line Manager.
∎ Execution Monitoring – Guide and lead Monitoring employee for daily field progress data storing, analysis and compare with planned progress. Prepare weekly/monthly report with progress variance and submit to Line Manager & Divisional Head.
∎ MPR (Monthly Progress Review) Presentation – Prepare MPR by collection all physical and financial information, analyze the data and submit to Line Manager.
∎ Training – Train departmental employee for high level planning, scheduling and monitoring as per instruction of Line Manager.
∎ Site visit – For understanding of project status, problems and correlate to Project control team with Project team.
∎ Progress Analysis – Lead the team to analyze the execution progress (planned vs. actual) with identification of reasons/obstacles/constraints of physical progress.
∎ Project Cost Planning - Concept about Cost Estimation and Project Budget.
∎ Cost Concepts - Clear idea about various concepts related to project costing (e.g. - Direct Cost, Indirect Cost, Live Costing Resource cost, Cost of Quality etc.)
∎ Financial Parameters - Able to understand various Financial Parameters like Planned vs Actual Cost, Cash flow, CTC, Profit Margin analysis etc.
∎ Reconciliation - In depth knowledge about Bulk Material (Cement, Reinforcement, Sand etc.) Reconciliation process.
∎ Risk Management - Understanding of Risk Management process.
