Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering,Civil Engineering related Major, Engineering Management related major
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for determining the overall progress plan, annual plan, material demand plan, etc, according to the construction contract period and the overall arrangement of construction progress.
∎ Implementation of project plan & ensures logical sequencing of plan based on resources.
∎ Follow up the implementation of the plan, and adjust it in time if there is any change.
∎ Monitors construction schedule & highlights anticipated delays/deviance in advance
∎ Calculate the project volume and workload completion status on time.
∎ Responsible for Clients and consultants plan statistics and report filling.
∎ To analyze the gaps between the planned vs actual and highlight the areas needing attention for the action of the project team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ More than 5 years of progress management experience or statistical management experience in large-scale engineering projects.
∎ Able to use MS PROJECT software proficiently.
∎ Familiar with project management knowledge.
∎ Able to communicate fluently in English
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
