∎ We (the Cozmic Technology) do EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) and all kinds of Government, semi government, commercial, semi-commercial, mixed used, industry, plants, high-rise building construction and Geotechnical works and construction related tests, like Soil Investigation, Pile load test, Plate load test, Soil analysis (Sampling), Proctor test, Compaction test or In-situ density test, Compression test of concrete, Durability test, Mechanical and chemical test, Compression test for CMU, Non-destructive test and etc.

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join the team in the role of "Planning and Management Engineer" (Geotechnical Expert), For Cozmic Technology at Tajmahal Road, Mohammadpur, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ PREPARE WORK SCHEDULE AS PER AGREED BOQ
∎ PREPARATION OF PROJECT PLANNING AND PROJECT SCHEDULE.
∎ CONTRIBUTING IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION
∎ RISK ANALYSIS, MANAGEMENT AND PROJECT CONTROLLING
∎ ATTENDING CORPORATE MEETINGS AND MAINTAINING GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH CLIENT.
∎ PROBLEM SOLVING CAPABILITY
∎ PREPARING WEEKLY /MONTHLY/ PERIODICAL REPORT OF THE PROJECT AND TEAM.
∎ SUPPLIERS AND VENDORS MANAGEMENT
∎ PREPARATION AND FINALIZING BOQ FOR THE PROJECTS
∎ KEEPING TRACK RECORD OF ALL PROJECTS’ PROGRESS.
∎ MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER
∎ ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
∎ VISITING SITES ANYWHERE IN BANGLADESH WHEN NEEDED.
∎ ANY OTHER TASK AS AND WHEN REQUIRED.
