Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Providing engineering design services for Oil and Gas clients
∎ Lead the commissioning activities on site, as well as producing the commissioning documentation
∎ Prepare and check process simulations, PFDs, HMBs, and PIDs
∎ Prepare sizing calculations for vessels, pumps, lines, etc.
∎ Prepare safety valve relief load calculation (as per API standard)
∎ System design and analysis
∎ Equipment arrangement drawings
∎ Process and instrumentation diagrams.
∎ Piping design and pipe stress analysis.
∎ Mechanical equipment and instrumentation specifications.
∎ Plan check support.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have a university degree in any of the engineering disciplines (Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering will be preferable)
∎ 5-7 years of project engineering experience in Oil Process Design or in multiple chemical technologies preferable.
∎ Proven experience in the Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) industry in designing facilities for Oil Processing and transportation (pipelines).
∎ Able to coordinate complex project activities and work with multiple engineering disciplines
∎ Experience in preparation of process calculation.
∎ Experience in preparation Heat & Mass balance.
∎ Experience in preparation of PFDs & PID.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD and MS office.
∎ Good Communication & interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
