Educational Requirements:
∎ O Level – A Level from reputed English Medium School
∎ Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) / Master of Physiotherapy (MPT)
∎ Bachelor of Medicine, Specialization (Orthopedics)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Consulting patients with a variety of physical and mental position; including neurological, neuro-musculoskeletal, cardiovascular and respiratory.
∎ Making assessments of patients' physical conditions through diagnosing, assessing and identify problems.
∎ Formulating treatment plans and assigning Physiotherapists to patient’s treatment, management and accurate care.
∎ Provide proper instruction to Physiotherapists for appropriate treatments, guidelines, routine of finest exercise and conducting complex mobilization techniques.
∎ Monitoring Physiotherapists activities during patient’s treatment and patient management.
∎ Keeping reports on whole process; including documentation, patients progress and follow up Physiotherapists instructions over their assigning patients every now and then.
∎ Schedule a daily meeting with Physiotherapists to take note on their daily events and have a discussion on forming a patient guidance, performance of all the clinical machineries, and resolve if any confusion or complication emerged.
∎ Conducting a weekly meeting with all the physiotherapists to review their works, progress, goals, flaws, corrections to improve for better patient service.
∎ Planning and organizing physiotherapy and fitness programs.
∎ Keeping up to date with the latest progressions in the profession.
∎ Educating patients and their family members on how to prevent injuries and live a healthy lifestyle and encourage them for maintaining daily exercise in proper order.
∎ Liaise with other healthcare professionals, such as, hospitals, professional doctors, professors, consultants, occupational therapists, social workers; to collect information for knowledge improvement about patient’s progress, as well as to refer patients who require other medical attention.
∎ Keep superior managements notified and discuss any issues in need.
∎ Work on new ideas and protocols for the betterment of our company and promoting our clinic to other company or corporate house/clubs.
∎ Maintain good interpersonal relationships and healthy working environments.
∎ Should be caring, compassionate and professional at all times.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good appearance with pleasant personality.
∎ Smart, energetic with pro-active attitude.
∎ Knowledge and experience in physiotherapy.
∎ Ability to organize health campaigns.
∎ Ability to communicate with vendors of physiotherapy related equipment.
∎ Good interpersonal skills for communication with a wide variety of patients, medical staff and caregivers. Compassionate and sensitive to potential patients' needs and concerns.
∎ Experience in dealing with persons having disabilities and women, children and elderly patients.
∎ Fluency in English and Bangla (speaking and written).
∎ Preference will be to Orthopedics or experience in physiotherapy
∎ Area of Experience: Physiotherapy, Orthopedic

Salary:
∎ Comprehensive compensation package commensurate to qualification and experience of the candidate with a minimum of Taka 70,000 p/month (Negotiable).
