Job Context:
∎ As part of the Bangladesh Football Federation Master Plan Vision 2023, we are seeking experienced and suitably qualified female physical therapist for the Federation`s Technical Department. Reporting to the Technical Director, the post involves being part of a specialized dedicated team of strategic female National physical therapist who will provide player development services and support for players of Women`s National Football Team, age level groups (U15 To U20) at the National Football Teams.
∎ Employment Type : Contractual (4 Months)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ideal candidates will need to manage all aspects of the players' physical wellbeing medical/health related matters appertaining to all elite players.
∎ Formulating treatment plans to address the conditions and needs of players.
∎ Conducting complex mobilization techniques.
∎ Making assessments of players' physical conditions.
∎ To manage the maintenance and security of the medical records for all players.
∎ Planning and organizing physiotherapy and fitness programs with collaboration with coaches for the development and implementation of the injury prevention and rehabilitation program's to educate players on how to prevent injuries and live a healthy lifestyle.
∎ Referring Players to doctors and other medical practitioners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to travel to foreign countries with the national team if required.
∎ Proven experience as physiotherapist or similar role.
∎ Experienced in treating, rehabilitating and preventing injuries.
∎ Experience of developing elite male/female player's injury prevention capabilities.
∎ Experience of supporting male/female professional players in a female professional club.
∎ Experience of supporting female professional players in a female professional club.
∎ Experience of supporting female players in an elite, COE or academy-based program.
