Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management of the center.
∎ Monitor activities and supervise the work of supervisee staff and provide on-site technical assistance.
∎ Ensure overall cleanliness of the Centre.
∎ Assist/contribute in developing and or introducing QA system for providing quality services to the clients
∎ Develop and implement a strategy to reach the poor and involve the community in the management of the clinic
∎ Be Familiar with ESD+ Services and remain up dated and keep staff up to date
∎ Provide hands on training to paramedics.
∎ Ensure diagnosis and treatment. Providing non-stigmatizing and non-discriminatory health management.
∎ Providing quality RTI/STI care through syndromes' case management
∎ Examining the women attending clinics for maternal & child health care and family planning.
∎ Any other responsibility as designated from time to time assigned by the supervisor
∎ Maintain rules and regulations of Project and Organization.
∎ Ensure timely development and submission of periodic reports
∎ Regularly update PM on the Project activities and achievements.
∎ Ensure proper filing of records for the Project's activities.

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 35600 (Monthly)
