Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Medical Technology
∎ Diploma in Medical Technology from any well - reputed institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Clinic, Diagnostic Centre, Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform venipunctures and skin punctures to collect blood samples from patients.
∎ Properly label and store collected samples for laboratory testing.
∎ Ensure patient comfort and safety during blood collection procedures.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
∎ Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols.
∎ Keep accurate records of collected samples and patient information.
∎ Handle patient inquiries and concerns professionally.
∎ Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth sample collection.
∎ Participate in ongoing training and development.
∎ Candidates having relevant work experience in hospital or Diagnosis center are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Any other task assigned by management
∎ All other job responsibility will be given at the time of joining
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Diploma/Certificate in Phlebotomy or a related field.
∎ Proven experience as a Phlebotomist in a healthcare setting.
∎ Excellent knowledge of blood collection techniques and procedures.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
∎ Familiarity with medical terminology and data entry.
