Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have strong communication skill to liaison with multi segment counterparts.
∎ Knowledge on diagnostic tests and result time frames.
∎ Adequate knowledge on pharmaceutical products.
∎ Manage service operations within guided regulations.
∎ Strong follower of SOP and SLAs.
∎ Familiar with country’s healthcare supply chain operations.
∎ Prompt and pro-active with result-oriented mindset.
