Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
∎ M.Sc in Pharmacy
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ He will be responsible for achieving work plan annual targets of Shakti Pharma
∎ He will oversee day to day operations of the pharmacy for customer services
∎ Will supervise and delegate the staffs with respective and specific tasks
∎ Monitor work of Staff as given in TOR of staff and also TOR, manage duty shifts of staff
∎ Manage the inventory of the pharmacy and keep track of the existing stock and place requisition to program at Head Office and organize the new supplies as and when necessary (not clear)
∎ Keep liaison with the key stakeholders: Head of health programs, organizational support units- HR, Finance, etc., external companies, other suppliers, etc.
∎ Follow-up on drug license and renewal and keep in close relationship with DGDA.
∎ Dispense drugs at the cash counter and ensure that pharmacist counselor is properly counseling the customers
∎ The Manager will directly report to the Head of Health Programs and regularly update on the business progress status and any other management issues requiring urgent attention
∎ Provide the sales staffs with continuous training on the job and orient them on any new drugs/medicines
∎ Design and organize job description of the pharmacy support staffs and conduct annual performance reviews.
∎ One of the important jobs of the pharmacy manager is to continue negotiating and keeping good relationship with the pharmaceutical companies to gain the best deals for Shakti Pharma.
∎ Participate in the community outreach program; local talks, awareness creation on drug abuse, observing health related international days, etc.
∎ Hold regular team meetings with the program head about matters relating to work problems, customer dissatisfaction, workplan targets.
∎ Other activities:
∎ Generate data and conduct research on:
∎ Demographics of the prescription being mostly received
∎ Organizations and medical professionals whose prescriptions are mostly received and also those who are referring to the pharmacy
∎ Gender and age of the clients
∎ No. Of MF beneficiary client's vs non-beneficiary clients
∎ Frequent types of drugs
∎ List of missing or new drugs
∎ Prescription vs non-prescription drugs sale
∎ Client feedback on pharmacy service and required improvements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2-years' experience in the relative field especially in a model pharmacy outlet
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
