∎ Diploma in Medical Technology in Pharmacy, HSC in Science

Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prescription process:
∎ Receiving patient and printing out the online prescription.
∎ Transcription and billing the dispensable medicines and picking them up in the basket as per bill copy.
∎ Dispensing medicines with checking expiry date and quantity, if required.
∎ Communicating with nursing staffs regarding IPD prescription and medicine dispensing related issues, if needed.
∎
∎ Billing process:
∎ Depositing everyday sales to the accounts department and maintaining a register book.
∎ Responsible for returning In-patient's unused medicines and providing clearance of discharged patients.
∎ Depositing everyday sales and money to the accounts department with maintaining register book, if needed.
∎
∎ Medicines receive and inventory process:
∎ Receiving medicines from vendors with long expiry according to PO and invoice bill and checking the expiry date of receivable products.
∎ Doing GRN of the received products as per hospital policy.
∎ Organizing and re-arranging products on the medicine shelves as per departmental policy and keeping clean the pharmaceuticals and the shelves.
∎ Rearranging the invoice bill and GRN copy and keeping record in the register book and submitting to logistics dept.
∎ Assist to logistics for purchasing medicines and surgical items from Mitford market.
∎ Participating in monthly expiry medicine management process with responsible concern according to departmental policy.
∎ Participating in weekly and monthly inventory programs with responsible concern.
∎ Preparing a list of unavailable (short) products on a daily basis.
∎ Purchasing urgent/ emergency medicine from local/ nearby pharmacy under A grade pharmacist instruct, if needed.
