∎ We are currently looking for knowledgeable, energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic professionals for the following positions: Pharmacy Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dispensing medicine as per doctor's prescription.
∎ Preparing bill and provide receipt to the patients properly.
∎ Providing information and advice about drugs, their side effects, correct dosage, and proper storage.
∎ Maintaining stock and storing and handling it properly.
∎ Maintaining safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
∎ Performing administrative duties, including answering phones, receiving and inputting prescription orders, operating cash registers, and restocking inventory.
∎ Coordinating in ordering and purchasing pharmaceutical supplies, medical supplies, or drugs.
∎ Communicating and visit store in order to receive medicine & pharmaceutical products.
∎ Receiving medicines from the Central store, match them with the requisition lists and invoices, and restocking the shelves accordingly.
∎ Informing the supervisor periodically about the drugs stock and maintain stocks as First In, First Out (FIFO).
∎ Writing down the names and date of expiry of the medicines on the cartoons prominently by using markers before restocking the shelves/cabinets.
∎ Assisting the Supervisor while preparing the requisition list of the medicines and the monthly statements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 01 (one) year of practical working experience
∎ Should have the mental strength for long hours services and work under pressure
∎ Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
∎ Administering medication, managing processes
∎ Having good interpersonal skills
∎ Practical knowledge of MS Office Applications
∎ Valid license/certification to practice the profession
