∎ Ability to measure substances accurately
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Ability to detect and investigate mistakes in a patient's medications and prescriptions
∎ In-depth knowledge of drugs and their potential side effects

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To provide information and advice regarding side effects, correct dosage, and proper storage of the patient's medicine.
∎ Listening to patients’ reports of symptoms and providing suggestions for over-the-counter medications
∎ Capable of dispense correct medicines as per the prescription of the doctor
∎ Ensure comprehensive maintenance of quality standards in pharmacy.
∎ To act as a liaison with nursing and medical staff concerning prescription orders, drug and pharmaceutical details, errors, and complaints.
∎ To check stock lists and maintain minimum stock.
∎ To maintain appropriate departmental documentation.
∎ Coordinating the order and purchase of pharmaceutical supplies, medical supplies, or medicines.
∎ To do stock-taking and drug audits.
∎ Safety, environment, and injection control standards.
∎ Sale medicines as per the prescription of the doctor.
∎ Organizing the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and faster
∎ Maintaining full control over delivering, stocking and labeling medicine and other products
∎ Receiving the products to check the actual batch no, expiry date, and MRP.
