∎ মেডিসিন শপ এর ঔষুধ বিক্রয় করতে হবে।
∎ কাস্টমার এর সঙ্গে সুন্দর ব্যাবহার করতে হবে।
∎ ঔষুধ সাজিয়ে রাখতে হবে।
∎ প্রেসক্রিপশন অনুযায়ী কাস্টমার কে সেবা দিতে হবে।
∎ সকল ধরনের ঔষধ সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
